Axis counting

Axle counters, also known as microcomputer axle counters, are devices installed at railway stations at both ends of a line. They use closed-loop sensors installed on the rails to monitor the number of wheel sets passing. After detection, the number of wheel sets at the station is sent to the opposite station via a semi-automatic device using an indoor microcomputer system. When the train arrives at the opposite station, if the number of wheel sets received matches that sent from the departure station, the section is automatically opened. In other words, it is a railway signaling device that detects passing wheels and can replace many conventional track circuits. Y-series circuit breakers are selected.
