Blueferrite nanocrystalline cores

Category:

Nanocrystalline ring

Blueferrite is a brand that produces high-quality nanocrystalline cores. Our products effectively reduce electromagnetic interference (EMI) and better solve component problems related to current transformers. Through close collaboration with customers, the Blueferrite team designs, develops, tests, and manufactures customized cores to provide customers with tailored solutions and accessories. Blueferrite also supports research at several universities to promote the development and progress of the industry.

Blueferrite nanocrystalline cores come in various sizes and shapes, including oval and round. The convenient installation method allows the magnetic rings to be directly installed on wires. We are also willing to collaborate with customers to develop more installation methods.
Nanocrystalline Cores (Rings): Nanocrystalline magnetic rings are made of iron-based nanocrystalline soft magnetic alloy. They have good high-frequency characteristics, lower coercivity, and lower losses. The manufacturing process involves mixing iron, silicon, boron, copper, and niobium in a fixed ratio, heating to 1400 degrees, and then rapidly cooling to create a strip material. This is then wound into a toroidal core. Further heat treatment recrystallizes it, resulting in good soft magnetic properties. Nanocrystalline materials are considered the optimal choice for medium-frequency applications.
Blueferrite Nanocrystalline Cores (Rings) vs. Ferrite Cores
• High saturation magnetic induction: Ferrite cores have an intensity of 0.2~0.3T, while nanocrystalline cores can reach 1.2~1.5T, 4-5 times or more than ferrite cores.
• High impedance and low loss: This means that the energy loss during magnetization is very small, reducing heat generation.
• Stable temperature performance: Therefore, they are used more often in high-temperature environments. Ferrites exhibit hysteresis and thermal runaway, while nanocrystalline cores maintain stable performance at higher temperatures.
