DS-1 Bolt Stress Detection Instrument Introduction

Delta Sigma is a pulse echo ultrasonic time-of-flight (TOF) measurement device launched by Momento. It is a single-purpose testing device that integrates the measurement, display, storage, and transmission of bolt load elongation data. The DS-1 is equipped with a sealed, high-strength color touch screen for field personnel. The touch screen uses environmentally friendly medical materials. The measurement system is a hybrid technology that uses analog and digital signal processing techniques for fast signal acquisition and accurate single time-of-flight (TOF) measurements.

Product Features

→ Each acquired value is stored in the instrument and can be transferred to a laptop or any other storage device
→ Each value can also be transferred back to any DS-1 instrument at any time
→ All values can be sent to other locations via email or memory card
→ DS-1 performs automatic temperature compensation through a magnetic probe.
→ DS-1 instrument-specific software is specially developed for the bolt connection industry
→ The software's automatic echo detection algorithm was jointly developed by demanding end-users and electronics developers from the bolt industry
→ Communicates with any PC via standard USB connection
→ DS-1 has a 4.3-inch color touch screen, glove-operable
